These Terms of Service govern your use of www.gooseoutfit.com and purchases from GooseOutfit. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity under your customer account and for keeping account credentials secure.

3. Products and fit

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, included pieces, and materials accurately. Screens and handmade or production variations may cause minor differences. Decorative goose statues, stands, plants, furniture, and photography props are not included unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Compatibility depends on the measurements and shape of the customer’s goose; a size label alone does not guarantee fit. Review the product page and Fit Guide before ordering.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site or at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are displayed or described before purchase where required. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the order.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We currently accept orders only for eligible delivery addresses in the United States. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, inability to verify information, or suspected resale or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and legal title transfer as provided by applicable law and the delivery terms shown at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape the site at unreasonable scale, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its original text, artwork, logos, graphics, product photography, layout, and software are owned by or licensed to GooseOutfit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission, except where law expressly permits.

9. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant GooseOutfit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

10. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, messaging, shipping, analytics, and other service providers. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. GooseOutfit is not responsible for content or services outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes product guarantees, statutory warranties, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GooseOutfit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer right.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the site. Changes apply prospectively from the stated update date. The Terms presented when you place an order continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the merchant’s place of business in the People’s Republic of China, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
